Purpose
Power System Lab helps you study marine electrical engineering through a learning route, virtual instruments, missions, repairs of a learning vessel and games. Materials and calculators do not grant professional authorization or replace required training, vessel procedures, permits to work, risk assessments or instructions from an authorized specialist. Do not perform hazardous work based solely on an app answer. Report content issues to support with the lesson or level details.
Account and access
Use information you are entitled to use and keep your password private. Your account saves learning and game progression, missions, repairs and settings. Saving new actions and receiving current state require a connection; local cache does not guarantee complete offline operation. Account deletion is available in account settings from Profile or the subscription screen.
Use of the service
Do not attempt to obtain other users' data, bypass limits, falsify results or claim duplicate rewards. Coins, stars, game parts and your fleet serve the learning mechanics; they are not money, cannot be exchanged for money and do not prove professional qualification. Mission and repair scenarios simulate learning situations rather than control real equipment.
Materials and sharing
Learning materials are for personal study. Use the app's Share button to send learning materials to friends. Do not share someone else's personal information without an appropriate basis. An external service you select processes shared content under its own rules.
Subscription, price and access
An active account subscription is required immediately after sign-in for the main Power System Lab features: the learning route, missions, repairs, games, vessel and tools. The same rule applies to the iOS app and the web sections at https://powersystemlab.net/app/ and https://powersystemlab.net/lab/, for new and previously registered users.
Three days free
For users eligible for Apple’s introductory offer, either plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You must subscribe and confirm through Apple immediately; registering a Power System Lab account alone does not start a trial or unlock the main features. Only one introductory offer can be used per Apple Account in this subscription group. Switching plans, reinstalling or creating another Power System Lab account does not provide another trial. Apple determines eligibility; if the offer is unavailable, the selected paid period starts without free days. Check the offer and price in Apple’s system sheet before confirming. After the trial, the selected paid period starts automatically at US$4.99 per month or US$39.99 per year in the US storefront, unless you cancel renewal in time. The annual amount is charged upfront; actual price and currency depend on your storefront. To avoid a charge after the trial, cancel through Apple at least 24 hours before it ends. Access after cancellation follows Apple’s verified status; remaining free days are not guaranteed.
Purchasing and restoring require an iOS app version that supports subscriptions. If your installed version cannot make purchases, check the App Store for an update. While a compatible update is unavailable, the main features cannot be opened without an active subscription. Sign-in, legal documents, support, account management and account deletion are available without a purchase. Current update availability is published at https://powersystemlab.net/; timing depends on Apple review and publication.
Purchases are made only through Apple inside an iOS app version that supports purchases. One verified subscription provides access to the same Power System Lab account in the app and browser; no separate web payment is required. The web account is not a free way to bypass the subscription and does not offer a separate payment, card-entry form or external payment service. Purchasing requires a compatible Apple device with the app installed.
Sign-in, registration, password recovery, legal documents, support, account management and account deletion remain available without a purchase. Restore Purchases runs in the iOS app; renewal management and refund requests are handled through Apple. Signing in or registering does not start a purchase or authorize a charge: it requires separate confirmation in Apple’s system sheet.
Two auto-renewable plans provide the same access: one month or one year. The base US-store prices are US$4.99 per month or US$39.99 per year. The annual plan is charged in full for the year, not in monthly installments. The price, currency and period for your storefront are displayed by the App Store before confirmation. You confirm payment in Apple's system sheet; registration, signing in or selecting a plan alone does not authorize a charge.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
The subscription automatically renews for the next period of the selected plan until you cancel automatic renewal. Apple may charge for renewal during the 24 hours before the next period begins. To avoid the next charge, we recommend canceling renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage your subscription at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions or in Apple's subscription settings. Canceling automatic renewal normally preserves access until the end of the paid period; an Apple-confirmed refund or revocation may change access. Expiration and status are determined by verified Apple information. Apple handles plan changes within the subscription group and shows the resulting period and price for confirmation.
Request refunds from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ . Eligibility and refund terms depend on Apple and applicable law; canceling renewal does not itself refund an amount already paid. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Restoration and account deletion
Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the purchase and the same Power System Lab account. Purchasing, restoration and checking current access require a connection. If an error occurs or a purchase is linked to another account, contact support@powersystemlab.net rather than buying again to resolve it. Automatic transfer of a purchase between Power System Lab accounts is not provided.
Deleting the app, signing out or deleting your Power System Lab account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it separately before account deletion if you do not want further charges. You can delete your account immediately without waiting for the subscription to expire. Learning data and the purchase's link to the deleted account are removed as explained in the privacy policy; automatic restoration of that link on a new account is not provided. Subscription expiration does not itself delete the account or learning progress.

Support and updates
Requests are available through account settings or support@powersystemlab.net. Learning content and the availability of individual materials may be updated. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Game results and leaderboard
Knowledge Tower has separate weekly and all-time player standings. Scores and tower height are for gameplay comparison, do not provide cash prizes and are not a learning qualification. Do not use offensive names, another person's personal data or fabricated results. You can report a participant's name or hide the participant from your view through the row menu; an administrator can reset an inappropriate name or exclude a profile. Name the equipment provides educational photographs and explanations; they do not replace identifying actual equipment from its markings and manufacturer documentation.
Earlier versions and web account
These terms also apply to supported earlier versions and the web account. Purchasing requires an iOS app version that supports subscriptions. Once the shared paid mode is enabled, the main browser features use the same account entitlement; following a direct web link does not remove the subscription requirement. The sections available on the website and in the app may differ. Retained old records do not mean that former tests, rankings or vessel journals are present in the new interface.
